An Opera Gala is an intimate fundraising evening at the Historic Plummer House, celebrating the artistry and community behind our opera season. Guests will enjoy an aperitivo (light bites and drinks) while hearing our opera singers perform beloved arias and ensemble selections—the greatest hits of opera—alongside highlights from our current and past seasons. The program will feature performances by Carla Thelen Hanson, artists from our company, and student apprentices and performers from last season, as well as an opera-improv experience that adds spontaneity and playfulness to the evening. Proceeds from the evening support our ongoing artistic and educational programming.
